As both a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified personal trainer, you will work together to tackle multiple areas of health.

Ingrid believes in an individualized approach to nutrition and wellness. The same solution does not work for every BODY or every lifestyle. She helps individuals make small changes to move forward on their path to improved well-being.

Her approach to counseling is to help you create a better relationship with yourself – to in turn create a better relationship with food and physical activity. You’ll focus on creating space for better choices to avoid sacrifice or punishment (being negative never helped you move forward)! Ingrid’s belief is in creating a positive environment in order to flourish – eating and exercising to feel good both physically and mentally.
